Perfect for my needs. I needed a new daily driver and this fit the bill. Condition was much better than expected with a fair description. Machine was clean and bloat free, updates were required but that should absolutely be expected. Once complete I was up and running in no time.

I bought a ‘Good’ condition laptop but it was much better than I expected, the condition was excellent. Really pleased with it. Delivery was quick, website was easy, price was very good.

All going well at present. Bought a "fair" condition to save money and hardly any dents and scratches at all. Can see some but nothing to write about... Only thing that I did notice was that with buying a "fair condition" Laptop, it didn't come with a Dell charger... Would have preferred a Dell charger too but will probably still be very reliable anyway. Battery runs at 100% charged so something must be right! Very happy with price and condition up-to-now...

Well, when I actually decided what I wanted it went well. Arrived when said and well packaged. Mine was more or less unmarked. really pleased with it. Very fast with features I have never heard of. Very happy.

The device is in really good condition and i am pleased with it, however what i didn't realise is that it would have an American key board which is slightly different from the UK keyboard especially as it has a dollar key not a pound key! I'm sure one day i will work out how to change it!!

Whilst the laptop arrived in the physical condition I was expecting for a device graded as “Good”, with a few small chips around the corners and a very minor scratch on the screen that is only really visible when the display is off, I was perfectly happy with that. What I was less impressed with was the condition it arrived in from a preparation point of view. The laptop was quite dirty and clearly needed a proper clean, particularly around the keyboard. It was an easy enough fix, but I would have expected basic cleaning to be part of the refurbishment process. More concerning was that the laptop was still linked to the previous user’s work account. Because of this, I had to download a Windows image and carry out a complete reinstall myself in order to properly wipe the machine and set it up from scratch. The laptop was purchased for my mother, who is not particularly computer savvy, and had I not been there to sort this out for her, she would have had absolutely no idea how to get around the issue. Downloading a Windows image, creating installation media on another device and reinstalling the operating system is not something an average customer should reasonably be expected to do when buying a refurbished laptop that is supposedly ready to use. From what I understand, all laptops are supposed to go through a 100-point inspection regardless of cosmetic grade, and the company specifically lists both “cleanliness” and “data deletion” as part of that process. Unfortunately, in my case, neither appears to have been carried out properly. The laptop itself is perfectly adequate and, once cleaned and wiped, I’m happy with the device. However, the refurbishment and quality-control side of the service was disappointing and is ultimately where this purchase loses points.

The laptop was easy to set up and despite not being new I didn't notice any performance differences or battery duration compared to the previous laptop that I had which was brand new. One minor 1cm scratch on the outside of the lid, but apart from this the condition was immaculate and I'd term this as excellent condition rather than good.
