The delivery came the day it stated it would. The laptop looked almost new just a tape mark on one side that was cleaned with lightly damped cloth. It started up without any issues. Picture bright and all buttons are working so far. Battery started at 75% when first started using and it took a good 6-7 hours before it got to below 50%. I am satisfied with my purchase. I am now thinking of getting a laptop for daughter from Backmarket, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished laptop or phone.

Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

Being familiar with windows and laptops, this latitude is a perfect fit got my personal use Took a bit work to add my BT email but that is a windows 11 thing ., got there in the end Thank you back market.

Excellent laptop in great condition. I was dissapointed the the refurbishment had not extended to turning on the TPM chip,. So not only was it not upgraded to windows11 but I had to work out what was needed, delve into the BIOS and start changing settings, before the upgrade was possible. Feels like that should be a standard part of preparing a laptop for sale in 2025. All good now though, and working well.

Easy 5 stars for Back Market. Their supplier of the laptop, I'd give 4.5 stars. So all round a pretty good experience. Ideally, I would have gone for a laptop in Back Markets 'good' or 'excellent' categories. However, the one I wanted only came in 'fair'. I thought I'd order it and have a look at it. In my honest opinion, it looks like a new laptop that I've owned for a month. I would have accepted it as 'good' all day long. The only reason I knocked half a star off of my score to their suppliers of the laptop, was that one edge had old stickers that had been peeled off leaving the backing and covering one of the usb ports. I thought perhaps the port didn't work but it's fine. It turns out that that edge just hadn't been cleaned up properly. So I cleaned it up with rubbing alcohol and it's all as goid as new. So far, the Laptop works like a dream. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

My laptop arrived well packaged but had significant damage and the charger also did not work. The back market team were very efficient in getting this rectified quickly (within a week to send back and receive one to the standard I had paid for). Can’t beat the customer service , I think I was just unlucky with the issue initially. Thanks.
