We are very happy with the product

Coffee machine that I went to pick up at a relay point due to incompetent deliverymen. What's more, the machine is broken and not the colour I ordered.

I ordered a grey Delonghi Magnifica S smart FEB3533 coffee maker, and they delivered a black Delonghi Start coffee maker (a very basic model) instead. I paid full price for a basic reconditioned coffee maker (€330) when I saw it at Boulanger for just €374 in new condition. I might as well say that I'm furious. Failure to deliver the goods as claimed constitutes a defect in consent that renders the contract null and void. That's fraud. I'm waiting for you to pay me the exact amount that was taken from me, i.e. €330.61. I've already bought quite a few items from you, and this is the first time I've been in a situation like this. In other words, I'm more than ready to make other purchases from you.

El producto ha llegado bien, con algun rasguño que es normal, pero ha llegado sin instrucciones y no ponía que no venían.

La machine était dans son emballage d origine. Facile à mettre en route et d utilisation. J ai hâte d essayer de faire un cappuccino. Elle a été livre en main propre dans le délai indiqué. ^^
