Cecotec Conga 3390 Vacuum cleaner

I bought a Conga cecotec and I am satisfied with my purchase.

The conga was supposed to be in excellent condition, but it arrived with the box half broken, and the conga itself was pretty scuffed up. I have bought other congas here in good condition and they were much better than this one.

Disappointed with the service. I ordered a product that was supposed to be almost new and it's far from being the case given the wear and tear on the product and the even worse packaging. I am sorry that the description on the website does not mention the fact that the conga application is no longer available for this device. Making the item useless in my opinion. I am sending it back to the sender and will avoid ordering from backmarket again.

The robot hoover arrived 40 days ago with slight damage, which I didn't worry about as it is a second-hand appliance. The appliance ran perfectly. However, since the last time I emptied and cleaned the dust container, it has been flashing red and showing the error message "Dust container and hepa filter are not inserted". However, both are inserted correctly and the contacts are also clean. What particularly annoys me is that I have to send the appliance from Germany to Spain for repair. Sustainable looks different.

La aspiradora funciona genial, la aplicación tiene problemas a veces, pero eso es cosa de cecotec. Sin embargo, todo estaba muy sucio y no se puso un embalaje por fuera de la caja de la aspiradora para el envío. Suerte que la caja aguantó bien el envío. Entiendo que si se hace un descuento, la aspiradora este rayada y deteriorada, pero no entiendo que no se pase un trapo por el producto “reacondicionado”. Algunos pelos hemos encontrado por la caja y muchisimo polvo y suciedad.

Lo tuvimos que devolver,no funcionaba,daba vuelas al rededor de el y despues no avanzaba lento como una tortuga ya habiamos tenido un Rumba y despues un Cecotec y nos duraron 4 años cada uno.Estams a la esera de que nos lo abonen,estaba en pesimo reacondicionaiento.
