Telephone in very poor condition - want to have it returned

I am very satisfied with this purchase. Delivery times are always very good, and the product complies. I like the logic of the operating system on this product, that of a "boomer" no doubt... A little slower than my last purchase, a blackview. On the latter, there was a small dot on the screen right from the start. It degenerated into large bars... Not cool. With this one, the quality/price ratio is excellent.

The phone was synchronised with the last user's account, so it had to be returned. I delivered it to a DHL collection point, duly labelled with the return barcode you sent me, but I still haven't received any confirmation that it has been delivered for repair. A doubly bad service! Let's see if it doesn't get any worse!
