Case Galaxy S20+/Galaxy S20+ 5G and 2 protective screens - Recycled plastic - Transparent

Love the phone but the screen protector was awful...both cracked almost immediately... and the plastic backing is unattractive though functional have now bought a leather case and better quality screen protector. Disappointed with this support item which I purchased as an extra.

Case looked 2nd hand. One screen was broken on arrival. 2nd screen fitted OK but spoiled the touch experience. Removed it and all is fine. Don't bother with these wait and sort it later. Have to own up after contact from these guys. Case has transparent film on both sides that needs to be removed. Looks clear and new now. Refund promised for broken screen. Have to say I've not had customer service like this....ever. Hats off to the boys.

Poor quality product, misleading description and not very courteous seller. The screen protector is too small for the S20+5G, about 2mm too small in length! The fingerprint area is badly aligned so the fingerprint recognition will not work when using this (even after you have increased screen sensitivity). Because of the poor fit, the screenprotector peeled off within hours, even though I had meticulously cleaned and applied it :( So basically all you get for your money is a clear plastic case... ** Asked for return but the resolution is slow. ** Note: Backmarket gives this 3 stars as delivered on time and packaging undamaged but the product and service gets no stars from me.

touch function dont work with it.removed finally.not able to unlock evevn with out trying few times

Immediately popped off and was useless

The quality is nice, the customer service is okay but the glass was broken on transit i felt bad.
