recently, i'm disappointed with the quality of the device. we opted for perfect condition, thinking we'd receive a device that was clean and shiny, and that wasn't the case. it's a shame, it even had fingerprints on it. and the cosmetics aren't top-notch. i think it was more in 3rd category, not 1st. You asked us to be honest with the message, and I am, but it's not mean-spirited, it's just an observation that disappoints me. I wish you a pleasant evening. Vincent.
