I was sent a damaged camera from the seller. The screen at the back of the camera was scratched as well as large bumps in the plastic. I have tried to return the product and the seller has accused me of lying. I am currently in dispute with the seller, and I haven't heard from backmarket since the 27th of January. Really poor customer service from both the seller, and the backmarket team. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Would absolutely never recommend using backmarket to anyone.

Delighted for the first 6 months. But then disappointed. However, after these 6 months of use, a bug apparently known on the Canon 5D mark II appeared: the camera would only take pictures in pink level. This did not come from the SD card, nor from the viewing screen. When I sent the product back to hope for a repair, the seller was dishonest, claiming not to have received my camera in his warehouse, although I had proof of tracking with the postal carrier. I was eventually refunded as it could not be repaired.
