Très très déçue. L’appareil a été livré sans notice, avec le minimum d’accessoires, mais surtout SANS CARTE SD !!!! Ça n’est precisé nul part sur l’annonce donc méfiez vous ! Backmarket se targue de vendre des appareils reconditionnés 100% fonctionnel: c’est donc un mensonge. Le service client a pris ça à la légère me disant après quatre jours d’attente que c’est un « consommable » donc que c’est comme ça. Pas un mot d’excuse, pas une proposition commerciale. Et un appareil qui ne sert à rien tant que je n’ai pas acheté en supplément ailleurs une carte SD.
