About the service of Back Market I can unfortunately not say anything because I have not yet had to deal with them. But to sum up, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The device had arrived in good condition as it was well packed. The package arrived wet and wrinkled. Fortunately, the device was waterproof packed so it did not get wet. Device works properly.

I never received it! Delivery was supposed to be by July 2nd at the latest... it's July 8th and I still haven't received anything!! I had ordered it for my daughter's birthday! Now she's without her gift! I am very disappointed!
