I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Everything is perfect.

The camera was exactly what I ordered. I was also very pleased that it came with all the equipment, including the case, cover and SD card. Everything works very well, and above all the photo quality is excellent, even from a distance.

Purchased Lumix DMC-FZ1000 Bridge Camera, really like new and paid less than half price. Tested it, although not yet exhaustively, it seems to work really well. I don't give full marks because it's my first experience with BlackMarket, but also because I suggest a better packaging for the shipment, the camera was simply wrapped in a plutiball sheet. Site nevertheless recommended!

the camera is in good condition and not very good, it would have been desirable to be informed that there was no lens cap and that the hand grip was unstuck, that the screen has several stains and seems fragile the cover is dislocated following some handling I fear a little for its future ... out of that the device fulfills its function.

The camera works very well and takes exceptional photos. It's just a shame that the two batteries supplied are dead. I would have liked to have realised this before setting off for the depths of Africa and running out of battery life after 40 photos, especially as I don't have access to electricity every day to recharge them... The returns service doesn't offer an option for replacing the batteries and I don't want to return the camera, which works perfectly well.

The camera is a bit tricky to handle, but overall it does what it was designed to do: it works. The quality of the photos is decent, and the built-in effects are interesting, even if they quickly become annoying because they are a little too typical. The zoom is usable over half its range, with decent sharpness. Beyond that, it's much less obvious. After a few months of use, the camera started to malfunction. My latest series of photos shows black spots to the right of the photos. It's very annoying. After cleaning the front lens, the problem remained. So I decided to return it. Alas ... the seller (back market does not refurbish) sent me a message, and I quote "Following several tests, the spots have not been discovered so no failure. Yet I sent my SD cards with it and so all the recent photos showing this stain were very very visible, but obviously the refurbisher refuses to take them into account. This device is no longer usable in its current state and yet they are going to send it back to me as is with the diagnosis: NO FAULT ... I would take it to a real professional when I receive it and I reserve the right to take any legal action that may be necessary. In any case, this is the last time I will use Back Market's services.
