I gave 5 stars for the delivery, which was impeccable: the parcel left from France and arrived in Italy very quickly, despite being in the middle of the Christmas holidays. You were really impeccable in this respect. As for the product received, I can say that it is in like-new condition, perfect and without any scratches. It arrived in its original box, well packed, accompanied by the booklet explaining how to combine the different utensils with the various recipes, a very useful detail. Not tried but happy with my purchase,

I received my ninja appliance very quickly from a competent delivery service. The mixer itself was in its original packaging, the box would not have been sealed with tape I would have thought everything was new! So I'm very satisfied. As for the quality of the appliance, big surprise! Very reliable, robust and, in my opinion, made to last. So I have no regrets, except that I didn't get it sooner!

I am thrilled with the stand mixer I use it a lot in my everyday life and therefore I am thrilled that it does what it is supposed to do Cake batter is much creamier than usual mixer top device everything is fine.

There is no difference between this product and a new one - no scratches, no stains, no scuffs - and it works perfectly.

The blender is a marvel!!!! It works perfect! It came like new in its original box with all papers. It arrived on time. It is neither the first time we buy through backmarket nor the last. Everything is always correct!
