    Computer sold as a QWERTY with stickers on the keys. The main problem is that the structure of a QWERTY keyboard is not the same as that of an AZERTY keyboard, because an AZERTY keyboard has more keys. As a result, some keys are missing from the keyboard, notably the <> key, making it completely unusable for programming. Despite the willingness of backmarket's customer service, the packager doesn't want to know anything and gives completely absurd solutions such as using the alt + 60 shortcut (spoiler: it doesn't work on a chromebook). In short, tell them when the computer is missing keys.
