Really happy, I ordered a set of air-pod’s and an apple Watch and they both turned up in official Apple packaging sealed with all the accessories. There’s no way you could tell the products are refurbished and would pass as brand new if you didn’t tell anyone! I would 10000% purchase from backmarket again!

Amazing - I love my refurbished Apple Watch. Communication from Back Market was very good with up to date information regarding the stages of packing and posting. Arrived within a few days and I knew how to contact Back Market from start to finish in the process of buying my Apple series 8 watch. I was sceptical at first about buying a refurbished Apple Watch but when it arrived in its original packaging looking as good as new, my concerns went out of the window. Easy to set up in conjunction with my iPhone. Would be good to know in advance whether your iPhone is iOS 17 compatible if this is a requirement to synch your watch. The battery life is a little short - around 36 hours - but if I have a quiet hour or so relaxing, I just keep the charger (which came with the purchase) handy and a couple of hours later, it’s good to go. Will definitely use this site again should the occasion arise. Completely in love and extremely happy with my purchase.

Watch works great, looks brand new...literally couldn't see a single mark on it. The battery life is good, especially compared to my previous apple watch. I'm so so pleased with the purchase. I've now purchased two phones, an ipad, and a watch and I have nothing but great things to say about this company!

Got the exceptional type, watch is as good as new. Watch has 100% battery capacity. Arrived in a generic parcel , a small brown box. Very quick delivery, ordered on a Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. It took a few hours to charge and set up then was good to go. Although I did use my own Apple Watch charger and not the one that came with the watch. The strap is clearly not an authentic apple strap so you are only paying for the central time piece. Overall I’m happy with the watch and the price I paid for it, will be coming back to back market if I need any more second hand items.

Am very happy with my purchase - my Apple Watch 8 with cellular arrived quickly and in great condition - the only thing that concerned me a bit initially was that I couldn't get it to power up after a short charge, but I gave it more time and then all was fine - will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future - it's a great way to buy items in quality condition but at a better price than many other places - would recommend.
