Yesterday, at last, I was able to find the SEUR warehouse where the shipment was deposited, which I had to take to my home, a few kilometres away. As you can see, the label on the parcel contained my contact telephone number, which neither Chronopost nor its partner in Spain, SEUR, used. I don't know what kind of steps you took with Chronopost to guarantee the delivery of your shipment, but I must describe your management as disastrous: lots of fine words but no practical action. If they don't change the way they manage their shipments to Spain, I can't recommend them to anyone. On the other hand, the monitor arrived in perfect condition and is working properly.
