This was a very surprisingly great experience - ordered a refurbished iPhone XR for my 85 year old mother. The phone arrived quickly and was in fantastic condition! I would recommend BackMarket to anyone - and indeed I will. ;)

An absolutely first class refurbished iPhone XR 64GB - Black - Unlocked. It's condition was described as "Fair" by Back Market but, to me, the unit looked and performed as if it was new. Very pleased.

Phone came in great condition, my son is really pleased with it. Was sceptical about buying refurbished tech but was proved wrong. Would highly recommend, phone was like brand new, no issues with battery, charge lasts a long time. Quick delivery, no issues whatsoever. Well worth looking into if you are considering buying a phone.

After reading many reviews, I purchased an XR 64GB phone, I choose excellent condition option. Easy to order. The phone was delivered within 3 days as stated on their website. The condition of this phone is excellent, it is like a brand new phone, I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. No problems with setting up etc., I was very dubious about buying a reconditioned phone, but I’m so glad that I have taken the plunge to buy a reconditioned phone. Good value for money too. I would strongly recommend Back Market for reconditioned phones. I personally, will definitely always purchase a reconditioned phone in the future.
