Great refurbished iPhone 12, fast delivery and a good price. As described in good condition with no marks to the screen, however I keep getting an alert in settings saying it may have a non apple battery. This isn’t an issue, just wish the red 1 would go off the settings app. Overall a good purchase and would use this company again and recommend them.

This the first time I have bought a refurbished phone and was wondering whether this was something I would regret. The Apple iPhone 12 described as “good” arrived promptly the next day. It was well packaged and I was delighted that it was in pristine condition. No marks or scratches that I could see. The battery was 100%. This has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to buy again.

Absolutely chuffed with this order! I hadn't heard of BackMarket before, so was a little skeptical, but I am glad I took the leap of faith. This is a spectacular condition iPhone 12 (I would not be able to tell it apart from brand new) and I was so excited to see it was at 100% battery health. I got this at nearly half the price Apple are selling refurbished phones, so incredibly pleased overall. Thank you :) very happy customer

I ordered May 31. 2023, received the phone June 2. 2023. I paid £352 for an Iphone 12 purple, 64gb, excellent condition. The battery is in 100 percent. I was feeling skeptical first where to buy a refurbished phone, after searching all over the internet, i came across here and read the reviews. i did not regret buying here and will definitely buy again when i want a new gadget/phone. It's my first time buying and using an iphone and i like the features. I just wish I bought a bigger memory but overall it's fine and great. i hope my review helps anyone who will read this

I’m very happy with my reconditioned iPhone 12. It is a little different from my old iPhone, so it’s taking a bit of getting used to, but that’s down to me not the phone. I’m very happy with the phone and service I received from Backmarket, and definitely recommend them. I shall be returning when I need a new phone.
