I ordered a "Fair" refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly and looks brand new, the only slight issue is that the camera has been unrecognised by apple as I think it was replaced but it works just fine.

Really pleased with service, and the quality of my reconditioned iPhone 12 Pro Max. This is two firsts for me first iPhone and first time using Backmarket and I’m impressed with both. My iPhone arrived quickly as promised was well packaged, it contained what was expected and the condition of the phone was really good almost brand new; found a minor mark on edge but had to really look for it! So really impressed!! Plus I’m loving my iPhone . I would recommend Backmarket as I also was recommended them by a family member who also uses them .

I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The phone looks and feels brand new, and it works flawlessly. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the seller provided a warranty which gave me peace of mind. The camera quality is stunning, and the battery life lasts all day long even with heavy usage. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend considering a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max as a cost-effective alternative to buying a brand-new one

Got to say how impressed I am with my new IPhone 12 Pro Max…..even though it’s a refurbished phone you wouldn’t actually know it……from delivery, setup to general day to day use I’ve got no complaints……and it’s great to have a battery that doesn’t drain at the drop of a hat…….given the quality I’ll definitely be looking at an Apple Mac as my next purchase.

I had high hopes as presentation wise the phone looks fab, but unfortunately the particular vendor/retailer didn't pick-up on the screen issue via quality assurance - straight out the box, the device goes blank (either white or green) with random lines across the screen. The display was one component replaced in the refurbishment (it says in the settings that the display has been repaired with an unknown replacement display part which confirms this). These things happen so not the end of the world. At least it can be sorted.
