Really happy with my Iphone 12 pro max. I ordered in good condition and couldn't tell it isn't new. First time refurbished buyer as it's a great way to save money. I think I have always had a stigma that because it's not from the manufacturer that you don't know what you will get or the quality. It's been fantastic. Definitely will be getting refurbished from now on and likely for all electronics.

Delivery was swift and on time The phone is in good condition, minor nicks on the egde?rim but once I got the case and screen protector, not to much visible. It moves a lot quicker and more efficiently than the last phone I had which was an iPhone 11 pro Can not see myself upgrading again for a while, hoerver, it’s nice to have the peace of mind with the 12 month refurbished warranty. Expect slight better condition for middle grade. Alert mentioned "unable to determine if your Iphone display is a genuine apple part". Dr Fernandez

Sadly my review can only be short and sweet, as the phone was for my daughter of 18 years of age. This was her first phone from back market and she absolutely over the moon with her new Iphone 12 Pro-max. This is my second purchase from back market, and I will always advise friends and family to have a look at back market for definitely new phones (refurbished) but also any devices going forward.

This concept of refurbished devices, especially from Back Market is amazing. I paid for a fair conditioned iPhone and there is not a single thing wrong with it. It is perfect in every way it almost feels like it’s come straight from the factory itself. I will definitely be shopping on this site and app again You have gained a customer for life

I’ve never thought about buying a refurbished phone, till I went through some reviews of a few customers, and I gave it a try I’ll never regret. The phone was in a very good condition and it literally had no scratches, apart from some on the camera but they barely can be seen closely. I found the gold one reduced, and what a purchase, and even if I want to upgrade in the future, I’ll get a refurbished one from back market of course. One thing to Strongly point out, the outer box (packaging) came with a while and it reached the phone, and I was scared that the phone was broken, as there was no protection the packaging. Hope they pay attention to this point
