    The smartphone I ordered was, as advertised, in very good condition. However, when I tried it out, I realised that I would prefer a different model. The return went smoothly, I got my money back in full and ordered another model, which I am now absolutely happy with and which was even cheaper than the first one. Great! :) A big compliment goes to the customer service! My questions about the return were dealt with patiently, personally and courteously. What I particularly liked was that I dealt with the same person the whole time. Other companies should take this as an example. Backmarket is great! Neat refurbished iPhone (one small scratch on a corner but certainly not disturbing and never to be seen again because I have the piPhone in a case anyway. Screen was completely scratch-free.
