Great company and service. The Sumsung Note 20 Ultra was a great choice, it arrived the next day. Condition was immaculate and we are delighted with our purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending Backmarket and they will be our go to place now whenever we need a phone upgrade.

Wasn't too sure about buying reconditioned but cost was a deciding factor. After reading many reviews and another check on finances decision made. I am thrilled to bits with it. Upgrade from galaxy s8 to S21plus is a big learning curve for a 74 year old 😀 but I am getting there. Will certainly not hesitate next time I need to Upgrade.

This is the second Apple Watch 8 I purchased from Backmarket, bought the first one for my wife for Christmas thinking if she didn’t get on with it I could have it, however she loves it so had to get my self one, both watches are perfect and I am very happy with them as I am with both the iPhones I purchased previously again from Backmarket, delivery was very quick and the watches were packaged well, great service at a good price.

So far so good.. I got it for my partner about a week ago for his birthday as was too good a deal not too! Delivery was a lot quicker than expected.. I think it actually came the day after I bought it! My partner is very happy with it.. he kept the same phone for 7 years before this one so he’s very happy!

Amazing! Delivery came so fast and the watch is flawless! So happy it came with a charger too, as I was unsure if it would or not! Device is like new and runs perfectly! So happy with my experience of BackMarket ☺️

Quick delivery, ordered the “excellent” quality and got excellent quality! No scratches or dings visible. Good value, works perfectly (after a factory reset as some apps/photos wouldn’t sync but all good now) Can’t really complain and have recommended the website

I bought the watch in ‘excellent’ condition and it certainly was that! All came in original packaging and the straps hadn’t even been worn/used yet as the box had the original seals. The watch itself has no scratches or imperfections. Overall more than happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend buying!!

I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone from Backmarket, and while the overall condition of the device was satisfactory for the price I paid, I can't help but feel disappointed by the battery performance. Having used the phone for a while now, it has become evident that there is a clear fault with the battery. Coming from an iPhone 13 mini that I bought directly from the official Apple website, I was accustomed to a battery that could easily last me an entire day with regular usage. Unfortunately, this refurbished iPhone falls short in comparison. I find myself needing to charge it twice a day, which is quite inconvenient and not in line with the claims made on the Backmarket website regarding refurbished iPhones with brand new batteries. It's worth noting that aside from the battery issue, the phone's overall condition was satisfactory. The display is in good shape, there are minimal to no scratches or blemishes on the body, and the performance is generally smooth. However, the battery life is noticeably inferior, requiring frequent charging throughout the day, which is inconvenient and not what I anticipated. While I understand that refurbished devices may have their limitations, the issue with the battery falls outside the realm of reasonable expectations. If you are considering purchasing a refurbished iPhone from Backmarket, I would advise you to be cautious and manage your expectations regarding the battery performance.

Received phone, phone is in excellent condition 1 gripe though the phone is an American (snapdragon) model great if that's what you wanted some may say its the better device. Sadly not in my case I'm on ID mobile (3uk) and the snapdragon model does not have all the network bands so 3g/4g/5g speeds are very very slow. I came from a pixel 6 Pro 5g speeds of 1gb at times where as this phone I struggle to get 30mb massive massive difference. I did contact customer service and they was happy to refund upon return but I could not be without a phone so I kept it.
