Purchased 2 years ago. Very well delivered, phone in "perfect condition" bought around 220€ in my memories, received as new with a cord and charger not original (normal for refurbished). After 2 years, the phone still works perfectly. The only downside, which is common to all Pixel 3A phones, is that the charging port doesn't seem to recognise all cables. I'm hoping to use it for another few months or even a year before I have to replace the USB-C charging port.

The Pixel 3a XL arrived as described "like new" in an iPhone box (a generic box, usually for used devices) with charging cable, headphones and the small metal piece for the SIM card compartment. The battery performance is still very good (with not too intensive use 3 days), the display had not a single scratch, the case had very minimal signs of use which you can only see on a white case. All in all, I am very satisfied with the handling, the dealer and the device.

Ich kann nunmehr meine Erfahrungen aus zwei Bestellungen schildern: Mein erstes refurbished IPhone wurde mit einer niedrigen Akkuleistung geliefert, ratz-fatz war der Akku ohne Nutzung leer. Reklamation erstmal kein Problem, ABER: Das Handy muss eingeschickt werden, hierfür muss man alle Daten löschen, die ganze Arbeit der Einrichtung also futsch samt eSim und entsprechende Folgekosten, auf denen ich sitzen blieb. Handy wurde auch nicht wie versprochen innerhalb von 3 Tagen repariert oder ausgetauscht: erst erhielt ich die Antwort, dass ein Akkutausch nicht möglich sei (?), dann wurde mir ein Ersatzgerät anderer Farbe angeboten, dann jedoch einfach ungefragt mein Geld nach über einer Woche Hin-und-Her zurücküberwiesen, da es doch kein Ersatzgerät gebe. Ärgerlich. Also bestellte ich erneut über Backmarket das gleiche Handy (nur jetzt teurer, auf den Differenzkosten blieb ich sitzen), erhielt jedoch erneut ein Handy mit zu niedriger Akkukapazität (Backmarket verspricht, dass keine Handys mit einer maximalen Akkukapazität von unter 85% ausgeliefert werden, mein Akku lag bei Lieferung bei einer maximalen Kapazität von 82%). Mittlerweile -wenige Wochen später- liegt die maximale Kapazität noch bei 79%. Inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich ist auf der Seite ein Sicherheitssiegel angebracht, dessen Brechen zu einem Erlöschen der Garantie führt, so dass ich den Akku nicht einmal selbst austauschen lassen kann. Leider klebt das Siegel zudem auf einem Teil des Displays, so dass der Touchscreen am unteren Rand nicht funktioniert und auch kein Panzerglas zum Schutz des Displays angebracht werden kann. Nun werde ich das Handy erneut einschicken müssen, mit allen nervigen Konsequenzen (Daten löschen, eSim wieder futsch, eine Zeit lang kein Handy...). Aber das gebe ich mir erst nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen. So macht man keine Werbung fürs Ressourcen-Sparen, was meine Hauptmotivation für ein refurbished Handy ist. Warum bei diesen Erfahrung noch eine recht neutrale Bewertung? Weil es immerhin recht unkompliziert möglich ist, das Handy zu retournieren.
