    After some 30 years of responsible mobile phone ownership, my iPhone 6 decided to leap from my jacket into the toilet bowl. I still don’t understand how - it’s never done it before. So I needed a new phone or a repair. IPhone will repair it for around £288. I refused to pay that so googled for second hand phones. Up came BackMarket. A replacement iPhone 6 for £93! Stated as being in a ‘fair’ condition. Was worried a little as you never quite know what state this ‘previously loved’ phone. I needn’t have been worried. A tiny, tiny hair line scratch off screen at the top of the phone. Otherwise immaculate. The battery indicates 95% of its original state and now, having restored everything from iCloud, I am back to the same state as I was before the ‘incident’. I’m one happy camper. Thank you BackMarket!

    Hello, First of all, I'm having trouble understanding the grade you assign to the condition of a refurbished phone. On Backmarket it clearly says "perfect condition", but when I enter my review, I see "very good condition", which is obviously a different grade (so I've been had 👎). I stress this point a lot because I received an iphone with the rear camera clearly scratched, so it's not "perfect condition" at all. I'm asking for an explanation and what I can do to send back an iphone worthy of this grade. It's very confusing this grade thing on your site and I'm disappointed. All other aspects of the iphone are good. This is my only negative point. I am asking for a replacement.
