I was a little nervous about ordering refurbished, but I was pleasantly surprised. The device itself is spotless. The BIOS password, which I was worried about because there's no way to clear it, was not set. And it came with the type cover / keyboard, which I wasn't expecting. Windows 11 pro was preinstalled and set up to run the first boot setup on power-on. Altogether a perfect experience.

I ordered an iPad in fair condition for my daughter as a late Christmas gift. I paid a fair price and I was surprised how good of a condition it was actually in and the delivery was quick and the ipad arrived within days. I would 100% order from back market again in the future

It’s in good condition and I love its packaging when I received the product. Neatly boxed and I got an apples original charger cable and wire. I’m pleased! This is the second iPad I got from back market and it won’t be the last neither!

I've used back market now a few times. And every time I have they have never disappointed. My kids love the ipad. Looks brand new even though is refurbished. Will definitely be using them again

Nice device. Great display quality, battery life is surprisingly good and recharges very quickly. Possibly a bit light on memory as Chrome started to chug a bit with lots of tabs, but if you keep it simple, it'll perform well.

Very happy with my iPad, it was a fast recorded delivery and was immaculate. I have been using it for the last couple of weeks since buying it online and it has exactly what I needed and expected. 5 stars for ‘backmarket’ from me!

The iPad is fantastic, it really looks like new, I bought it for my husband as his was broken. He thinks I’ve bought him a new one, Black Market is a trusted site, I have bought iPhones and they have been like new. I don’t usually leave reviews but i feel as if this deserves it I ordered the Ipad was a bit worried it was a scam. The next day the ipad was out of delivery and it came within two days. I chose good condition and it came pretty much new no scratches or anything. Great customer service
