    First time I bought something from the Back Market so was a bit sus but these Airpods Pro are AMAZING - 3 weeks and going strong. Its “Very good” condition seems pretty perfect to me too, no cap. Product arrived in 35 hours, super swift, in the og box and everything. As a broke student, I’ll be using the Back Market more + the 5% student discount is dank.

    The battery is in terrible condition and I can't go anywhere without a charging pack. It feels like a complete waste of money and wish I'd bought a new phone. I don't think I will be able to trust refurbished phones in the future. When I raised the issue, I was told that my email was not linked to my order and led to an FAQ page which suggested I would be entitled to a replacement battery but have hear nothing.

    It was a fair price for the piece of garbage it was. No fair warning of the fact the phone is full of unavoidable bloatware and could if you're lucky handle two apps, it was unusable. I would ask for money back but I doubt it would be worth any effort. Disappointed but the condition was as advertised.
