    When the device came I really struggled to set it up, it was like it was stuck in a loop, if I had been an older person I think I would have struggled to resolved the issue but after much googling I managed to get it to start the process to transfer from my old I phone. That said once this was sorted the phone is like new and seems to have had a new battery fitted albeit not a genuine battery.
