    I've had this phone for 3 years now and I love it. Still works wonderfully and I surprisingly still haven't broken the screen despite making it fall multiple times. Overall great purchase.

    We always buy refurbished phones but had no experience of Back Market. So it was with trepidation that we waited the arrival of our order of 3 phones. Ordered a mint condition iPhone 8 for my daughter to replace an old iPhone 6. The order arrived the next day and the phone was exactly as described. Perfect like new condition. Couldn’t be happier.     Very happy with my new phone. In as new condition as billed and it all works fine. It came with plug, charger cable and headphones, although they were cheap Apple copies and didn't work. They were replaced quickly although still not great quality, I didn't expect them so was grateful to get any. Super fast delivery and great service.

    Very pleased with the condition of the phone, like new! But we are having problems with the volume of my wife’s voice when she is talking on it,the volume is very low and at least 3 of her customers have said that they can’t hear her at all (she is a mobile hairdresser), also even when she is sitting still and using it the signal seems to come and go and can sound very tinny. I have contacted the supplier who have offered a refund or repair, I would like to get it repaired as it’s such a good phone but very disappointedly they can’t supply a loan phone whilst it is been repaired, can you assist on this matter as my wife needs a phone for her business.     Hi Greg, When I first open and tried to connect keyboard to iMac, I was getting a problem pairing it, so had to call apple customer services, then they told me I need to fully charge the keyboard before it would work, now it is working and I am happy with it, thank you for sending out the keyboard so fast.
