The company deliver and communicate well so good on them for that. The product isn't ideal though - the monitor works fine when my laptop is fully charged but if not, it blanks out quite regularly... I've got used to it, and can preplan when to use the monitor, but hardly "refurbished".

Saved £50-60. It took no more than two days to arrive. It works perfectly and its in fantastic condition. Apart from the box, I wouldn't be able to tell that it wasn't brand new. Super impressed to see alternative options to amazon that delivers a great user experience throughout! My new favourite site! Very happy with my new monitor, thank you!

I was a bit sceptical of making a purchase on a refurbished item. But I’m impressed with the quality and the battery life I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference on a newly bought version. Would purchase again

Condition as described, fast delivery, item is is good condition and works well so far. Customer experience to be improved an unclear communication process and way to many emails sent which are just confusing and not bringing any useful information.

The Dell Wyse 5470 is falsely listed as having a windows operation system. In fact, this computer has its own operating system, which made it completely useless to me -- so that was pretty annoying. But Back Market and the seller were great about sorting the refund, which was issued soon after I reported the mistake and within a couple of days of sending the computer back. So all in all, despite the issues I experienced I would certainly shop from Back Market again.

The monitor looks and feels brand new (credit to the refurbisher) and is exactly what I needed for my home working set-up! I’m glad I spent time looking on Back Market for the model I needed before checking for new monitors.

This was a refurbished iPad and quoted in excellent condition. It was perfect and without a scratch, looked as new. Very pleased with this product.
