    Item got to me in the projected time, there were some issues with the type of SIM card arrangement, since this phone does not have a dual physical sim option + sim as claimed on the website. But the customer support was very good and partially refunded me for the confusion. Phone works great, no issues at all it's basically as good as new. Cheers.

    The incorrect phone was sent. It was an inconvenience for me to send it back as I had to drive to the next town to send it back via a express DHL. The correct phone was then sent out which I was very happy with. The customer care i received was very helpful. Not sure why I paid the £6.99 for extra checks because the incorrect phone was sent!?

    I love my new phone. Dealing with Black Market was very easy. But I recieved a phone not from the UK, so setting up Samsung pay has not been possible. Black Market offered me a replacement, but I'd already set up my phone by then. I opted for Google Pay instead. So that's my only problem. You'd expect to recieve a UK phone, so make sure of this before buying!

    The battery cover was not genuine iphone part. The battery cover is made of flinzy plastic. The battery cover literally shattered while installing screen protector. I am surprised and disappointed that non apple part was used. My daughter is disappointed too.
