    The laptop was quite mucky / sticky - lots of sticky residue on it. I would have thought giving it a quick clean would be an essential (and very easy part of a refurb). It also came with an out of date / unsupported build of Windows on it. (Not just needing a standard / quick OS update but requiring installation of windows installer app and proper Windows 11 rebuild - not the end of the world but I'm surprised it didn't some with a supported Windows version setup). It does all seem to be working well now. I haven't had issues with products bought from backmarket before - they've always been in great condition, but this one did fall a bit below what I was expecting.
