    ok I gave 4 stars for a couple of reasons, The laptop I ordered had 14" screen and 512GB Storage, the one I received has a 13" screen and 256GB storage but the general condition is good so I'm keeping it, a small refund and compensation for the smaller SSD would be nice but I'm not holding my breath
