    if it's invisible then it's great but I would assume that this is not an invisible item. item was never sent to me so I've paid for it and it's been sent to someone else. instead of rectifying the issue or refunding they send one message a day telling to check outside the next day and they'll contact another department. really disappointing as I can't see why there are so many positive reviews as so far it's been a really bad experience.

    Not a bad laptop. It works fine and had all the right parts. But “excellent” condition seems a stretch. I’d have rated it good. Also came with scratches, oily marks and crumbs/gunk in the keyboard - a proper clean would be good. Delivery wasn’t great.
