    At first I was unable to transfer the data to the new phone and spent quite a lot of time getting to the route of it. Eventually I found that the way forward was to assume there was still some data on the phone so I factory reset and deleted. After that it took me just a few minutes to copy from the ole phone and complete. Everything is working fine and I am pleased with the iPhone 8. Could have done either the tool for opening the sim holder but eventually found a paperclip

    Item wasn’t entirely well described there were far more than a few marks. On top of this an original screen nor an original battery replacement were not used so I keep getting a message on the settings screen saying that non original parts have been used in my phone and this si causing a problem. If I contact Back market customer service they will say to send the item back for a replacement which I can’t do as I don’t have a backup phone to use in the meantime. Not really happy to be honest. But I don’t think anyone really cares long as the sale was made!
