    After reading all the amazing comments about the products from this site I have ordered myself this Iphone 13 and I have never been so disappointed . After setting it up, transferring everything to my new device after only few days Ive started to get issues with network and even wifi connection everyone else has WiFist home apart from me. After three months of usage and constantly running low on my mobile data as its only was i can go online from few days im experiencing jumping screen, apps are opening by themselves . There was no damage done, no spiilage or hasn't been dropped one ! I know i could return the phone to get it look at but i didnt have a spare one anymore as my old phone was already gone. Very very disappointed, waste of money i either have to pay for a repair or get myself a new phone. Is just unfair to sell devices lik this.

    I thought I was happy with this phone but after a few months the Apple Pay stopped working and I sent it back only to be told the phone had a major fault! This was super annoying and I'm disappointed since I paid for the 'excellent' quality option and clearly it was not up to standard. Backmarket were great in providing me with a refund but did require some prompting to get any information.
