    Bought the phone for my daughter's birthday. This is 3rd time I have used Backmarket. Really have nothing to complain about. Phone always works well, price is always reasonable and daughter's are always happy for another 1-2 years. :-) Never had any issues with phones I bought from this website.     I order in excellent condition and it came with little marks around the camera the sides and miniature scratch on the screen and the battery health is on 86% i saw a videos on iphone 11 ordered from your store and it was with 100% battery health for "excellent" condition "yeah i know this iphone 12 that i order its a old phone" but i was expecting like no less than 95% battery health.... Now i must order a new battery because of this issue and probably fixing the scratch's

After 10 days of use, this is the only issue I’ve noticed so far: the battery is not original. I hope the other replaced parts, if any, are not like the battery.
