    The Galaxy S22 Ultra arrived in excellent aesthetic condition and met my expectations in terms of performance, build quality, and storage capacity. It's exactly the model I was looking for. However, I found a few aspects that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. The S Pen was stuck and couldn't be removed, which required the device to be replaced. The battery life also fell below my expectations: I left the phone with 100% charge, without a SIM card and practically unused, and after about 48 hours the battery was already quite low. With normal use, it lasts approximately one day. Furthermore, I noticed that the S Pen and the SIM card tray have a different shade from the phone's color. I don't know if that's normal or not, but it caught my attention. Aside from these points, everything else is perfect, and I am satisfied with the device and the purchase experience.
