    Yes this phone arrived in pristine condition, just like new. Being an octogerainian it took a bit of thought to get it linked to the phone it was replacing, which was nine years old!     Sadly I had a problem with the phone I purchased . A battery issue, wouldn’t hold charge and sometimes would not keep charging. The 5 star review is for the absolutely excellent customer service I received, can fault the support and how quickly the problem was resolved. Would highly recommend for that reason alone.
