    Der Service, die Qualität und die schnelle Lieferung sind wirklich sehr gut. Auch wenn es einmal Probleme gibt wird einem schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. So das BackMarket für uns in Sachen Smartphone immer erste Wahl ist.

    C’est le troisième IPhone X que j’achète avec différents comptes en parfait état avec 256 GB pour moins de 300€ mais il faut être à l’affût car il n’y en a pas souvent. Sinon rien à dire tant que la qualité et le délais de livraison ultra rapide. J’attends avec impatience d’en acheter un quatrième avec les mêmes critères pour équiper le reste de la famille.     Satisfaite de mon achat (état parfait choisi) J’étais sceptique mais la lecture des commentaires m’a vraiment aidé à me décider. Points clé à savoir état de la batterie à 89% (un peu étonnant pour un état parfait), et câble usb de charge sans prise murale. Le téléphone fonctionne très bien (à part une fonctionnalité dans les raccourcis mais rien de majeur). Après 10 jours d’utilisation so far so good.

    Cuando recibí el IPhone 11 estaba perfecto, a los dos meses tuvo un fallo con los pixeles de la pantalla y contacte a través de back market con el vendedor (telefoon center de Amersfoort), contestaron súper rápido y muy amables, les envíe el teléfono un viernes y el lunes ya estaba de vuelta y arreglado, contestaban a la hora y super amables, mi 10 se lo doy a ellos.     Product purchased in excellent condition. It arrives in the hands of the customer with the back protector broken, with the battery giving problems of charging and overheating and with the torch that turns on only occasionally. On explaining the case to Back Market and trying to return the phone, they comment that this damage is not covered by the warranty. The mobile that had been returned to the reconditioner is sent back to the customer, without even opening the package, so they completely ignore it and wipe their hands clean. And the customer is left with the money spent and a defective mobile phone on his hands. Bad experience
