    This is the third item I have received from Black market, which has been faulty. The first thing was an iPhone 12, which had to be sent back., I received a replacement which had a faulty speaker, but was going on holiday the next day for two months and had to spend another £50 on getting it repaired. This time I received the MacBook Pro 16 inch which had no operating system and was completely unusable . Could not repair and did not have another to replace so I got refunded. Very disappointing purchases on black market so far.

    The keyboard works well, but there are still a few marks on it which I wasn't really expecting. It was also a bit dirty and had some beard hairs on it. Nothing a wipe down with a cloth couldn't fix but was just a bit gross
