    Phone was in mint condition, the only thing I could moan about is that when I first switched it on it warned me that there was a camera been repaired with an unauthorised part and makes the phone warranty void, which isn’t really a big thing because it’s out of warranty anyway being a few years old, hence why I gave 5 stars.

    I was expecting the phone to be in reasonable condition, and the battery to be average, considering it's an older model. What I received in the post was a phone in AMAZING condition, with great battery life! I'm not going to pretend I don't see how they're making money. The profit margins for trade-ins work out pretty well, but considering they throw in a carry case and a charging cable, I have absolutely no complaints. This is a model that provides great value for money and reduces waste. Unless you live on your phone, and REALLY need the latest iteration for work, you won't regret it! Honestly, the delivery and trade-in remuneration times could afford to be a LOT worse for what you're paying. (But don't tell them that!)

    purchased an iphone 13 in excellent condition only to receive one in poor condition with marks all over the bezel and a chassis that looks like it has been bent and a shoddy repair made. i have spoken to black market who only reply once a day so its taking forever to get things resolved. this item was purchased for my daughters 15th birthday and it looks like she wont be getting anything at the rate of communication black market provides. not impressed at all
