    Very poor experience - the device received was locked to a previous owner via their Apple ID and so was completely unusable by me. On contacting Backmarket to request advice, a customer support advisor immediately processed a return and replacement without asking my preference. I wanted a refund instead. It took several days of messaging Backmarket without answer to get the replacement cancelled and a return/refund authorised instead. The DHL return process was smooth. Sadly, the seller has now raised some sort of issue with the delivery (for which a signature was received) and Backmarket are requesting I fulfil a series of online identity checks to assist their "investigation" of the delivery. I suspect the seller is at fault and trying to game the system. I am deeply unimpressed with Backmarket's service and have bought an iPad from another platform in the mean time.

    The phones display had a white pixel burn on it. I returned the product and the seller is still not responding until now and they said they will send a replacement device but its been a week haven’t received a replacement i think they made me wait this long and will issue a refund after waiting 2 weeks and i need that phone now before going home initially end of this week. They might send another bad device aswell. Dont buy from this seller and dont even use back market because these type of sellers are in this platform. Wasted my time and resources. I should have gone for a refund and should have order from other sellers.
