    Although the incorrect product was delivered, the team at XTEC Ltd were very helpful, cordial, and swift in rectifying the problem. The customer service I received was good and showed they care about the customers experience and happiness. All I would request is staff maintain strict attention to detail to ensure no mistakes are made that would invalidate the brand.

    It didnt do what it said on the tin !!! The phone did not have the same spec as I was expecting and was virtually the same price as a brand new one . It was obviously made for a non uk market as it had alternative characters on the keys (arabic ?) and London time zone did not exist in the list of cities . It did not have the option to connnect to wi fi and most of the expected apps were missing . The only option to send photos was via bluetooth . I suspect that it was a 2G version . Now the good bit ---The condition was very good (The charger was filthy --but no biggie--) and it was delivered on time in a jiffy bag(see more later). I returned the item and had a very good response from the refurbishers (assuming the refund goes through ) very helpful, polite and friendly . Now the more later following backmarkets guide I photographed it from all angles and emailed photos and documents ,I wrapped it in bubble wrap ,carefully packed it in a box , photographed every stage, swathed the whole thing in sellotape and was just about to encase it in a lead lined coffin when I thought -- Nah --- it came in a jiffy bag !!! Whoah--- How has that given a 3.2 /5 rating ?????

    Ipod Nano 5 was defective. Battery lasts only one hour at max. Item was shipped with incorrect charging cable. Due to the multiple negative issues with this item, I would NOT recommend this seller.
