    The Acer laptop turned up as advertised. It showed little sign of wear and was in excellent condition. Unfortunately I needed it to run two programmes (car related) both of which needed Windows. As the Acer used Chrome OS which was incompatible with these programmes, I had to send it back for a refund. This was very easy to do.

    Grading is really conservative - there are a couple of scratches on the outside of the case, but otherwise this is like a brand new machine -- much better than the (newer) broken Chromebook I am replacing. I will definately go to Back Market when I next need another Chromebook. No complaints at all.

    WOW! - I recently arrived in the UK on 16th Sept and had no idea whatsoever about almost everything. Tight on a budget I had to buy a laptop since my office laptop would have taken a month atleast and my work was really getting hampered. Casually scrolling on the web for refurbished laptops I stumbled upon Backmarket and found this laptop at a price cheaper than a entry level smartphone. I was so skeptical about buying this product as I had limited money and was staying in a hotel and had no idea what to do if anything went wrong. i ordered on a Sunday with fingers crossed and i got the laptop on tuesday, faster than the app could provide updates :D Seamless delivery by DPD and the product is astonishing! I looked really hard and couldn't find any scratches, chips or blemishes. Its that GOOD! I use it for 15 hours a day and it has never broken a sweat. Champion performance, massive battery backup and a 1 year warranty is totally an icing on the cake. I cant thank backmarket enough for this, they have been a saviour for me. As long as im in the UK im never buying new, only buying from backmarket! BIG THANKS GUYS!!!

    Bought this as gift for Xmas. Have not used it extensively so can't comment on reliability etc, however, it boots-up quickly and seems to work as tho it is new. It downloads apps effectively and streams as it should (that's probably my internet). In short, I am extremely pleased with it. The purchase experience was easy to navigate and delivery was spot-on.

    Fast delivery and the Chromebook works well. It was the cheapest one on backmarket and that shows. It's very battered but was very cheap and is just what I need for my scout group. Good service from backmarket.
