hi this was for my son and he really enjoyed using the phone unfortunately though he dropped it and it stopped working fell apart, but this is no reflection on the phone it was a good phone, fast delivery would buy again.

I was really excited to get this after I bought a Samsung s8 ultra tablet, graded excellent, in May that I use for my van. I had it maybe 3 days trying everything out when my son, who is going to uni, snagged it! I was really impressed with the Samsung flip 3, graded excellent, that I bought a couple of years ago. Had it all of 2 weeks and became a Christmas present for same son, then soon after I bought a Samsung Fold z 3, graded excellent and have been really impressed by your company. I was skeptical at first as this was graded fair but I couldn't see any difference between grades! Now I have decided on a Samsung s8 tablet!! I tell anyone that will listen about BackMarket and will never buy new again. Thank-you
