I was really excited to get this after I bought a Samsung s8 ultra tablet, graded excellent, in May that I use for my van. I had it maybe 3 days trying everything out when my son, who is going to uni, snagged it! I was really impressed with the Samsung flip 3, graded excellent, that I bought a couple of years ago. Had it all of 2 weeks and became a Christmas present for same son, then soon after I bought a Samsung Fold z 3, graded excellent and have been really impressed by your company. I was skeptical at first as this was graded fair but I couldn't see any difference between grades! Now I have decided on a Samsung s8 tablet!! I tell anyone that will listen about BackMarket and will never buy new again. Thank-you

Item arrived within 2 days, purchasing from Back Market has always been a pleasure of mine so I would highly recommend purchasing from here. not a single scratch was seen on it and works exactly as a brand new device. The only trouble I have is the courier they use to deliver the item with them constantly saying they cannot find my address when it's on a main road... Other than that, the item was flawless and I'm loving it at the moment. it uses 5G too which is a bonus. The UI can be a little confusing if you're not used to Chinese OS, but the language is in English and the UI can be changed to basic android so its a win.
