    Overall I’m happy as far as refurbs go it’s not bad at all. Some small minor scratching on the body where they’ve had the screen off but it’s not noticeable and the phone looks visually new from most angles. Not a scuff on the screen nor the camera lens’s and it came well packaged too. Phone is near enough as new. Buttons and charger port are spotless too It’s definitely within the condition range advertised. 92% battery health which is more than the minimum required for excellent condition refurbs It’s early days but so far so good The phone itself it’s very nice, I’m very happy with it, I’ve checked settings, it says they used parts off another iPhone to repair it but it does confirm they used GENUINE apple parts and the right ones Really happy with the condition of it The screen and camera and the buttons are all pristine. Delivery was within 3 days too. 5* rating well earned

I returned the watch and I did not receive a replacement so I asked for a refund. All communication seems to be via AI , which is quick and reads well. If I get a refund then I have no issues.
