I generally order refurbished phones to make a decent saving so thought I’d try Back Market. Ordering was simples and the iPhone arrived very quickly, all tracking information was sent beforehand. I’d ordered a phone in “Good” condition with a new battery. I honestly couldn’t find any marks on the phone at all so very pleased. Going to order another from them shortly so happy to recommend Back Market to friends and family.

The phone worked for 2 days before starting to random click and screen freeze. However, for the two days it worked I loved it! I would have preferred a replacement or repair but I did get a refund which is okay but I would have liked more communication on whether I’d be getting a replacement or refund.
