    I generally order refurbished phones to make a decent saving so thought I’d try Back Market. Ordering was simples and the iPhone arrived very quickly, all tracking information was sent beforehand. I’d ordered a phone in “Good” condition with a new battery. I honestly couldn’t find any marks on the phone at all so very pleased. Going to order another from them shortly so happy to recommend Back Market to friends and family.

I would have preferred a replacement or repair but I did get a refund which is okay but I would have liked more communication on whether I’d be getting a replacement or refund.
