I generally order refurbished phones to make a decent saving so thought I’d try Back Market. Ordering was simples and the iPhone arrived very quickly, all tracking information was sent beforehand. I’d ordered a phone in “Good” condition with a new battery. I honestly couldn’t find any marks on the phone at all so very pleased. Going to order another from them shortly so happy to recommend Back Market to friends and family.

This is a spectacular condition iPhone 12 (I would not be able to tell it apart from brand new) and I was so excited to see it was at 100% battery health. I bought the iphone 11 being in really good condition so 1 behind best option and it looks brand new, no scratches, no marks and I also asked for a new battery and I can tell everything works perfectly new.......10/10

I have never bought a second hand phone before, so did so with some reservation, but I couldn't be happier. I opted for a phone with a reconditioned battery, it arrived, charged up and I was good to go. I was a little concerned by the notification about the screen "may not be genuine", but that message disappeared after two weeks, and I cannot tell whether it is genuine or not as it works perfectly.

This iPhone SE is even better than I had been led to expect. I was particularly interested in the camera, which proved to be excellent. The phone is slim and light, in a similar manner to my previous IPhone 6S but much more capable. I wouldn’t buy a new phone again - refurbished is just as good and much cheaper.

I have never bought a refurbished phone and I tried it and I went on to buy 3 more excellent working order I ahd good condition on 3 of them and they were very happy hardly any cosmetic marks really pleased would always go to back market 😄

The Iphone was in excellent condition and arrived fast. The only problem is that the battery doesn't last as long as my old android one, but that may be apple's fault; I've no idea. Anyway, well done Back Market.

Got a “fair” 512 GB 13 Pro Max. I wasn’t honestly expecting much since I got it for a very low price with replaced new battery, so I thought the body must be beaten up. Got the package in about 4-5 days. I must say, it was the best decision of my life in terms of buying an electronic device. The device was flawless. The screen wasn’t scratched at all, neither was the body. However, when I looked at the phone closely, I saw a little bit of the adhesive on the screen edges, particularly at the bottom of the screen. Kind of expected since the refurbisher would have to open the body to replace the battery and do an inspection. One thing if I had to nitpick about Back Market, it is the fact that I didn’t know that I had only 5 days from the date of purchase to get myself a 12 months or 24 months insurance. I am not entisure if they explicitly mentioned this during the transaction. I assumed (my fault) like we have with Apple Care, I would have a few more days to decide if I wanted the insurance. All in all, it was a good purchase and I will definitely get back for my next purchase.
