    I absolutely love this device, this is my 8th purchase from back market. My phone, my iPad and now my watch all from back market, I’ve changed my phone twice in the last year and same with my iPad and they are all from back market. I always feel reassured when buying from them. I bought this in fair condition because the other grades were sold out in the colours I wanted, I wasn’t sure what I was expecting because I bought my phone last month also in fair condition and it came with barely any scratches just little ones on the screen and 87% battery. This came with a scratched up back, couldn’t care less because I can’t see it once it’s on my wrist, absolutely flawless screen and frame and with a 100% battery health. It lasts the whole day as well. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase

    Watch arrived very quickly, strong protective packaging. Unfortunately the wrong colour was sent and the battery drains ridiculously quickly. Customer service took a little while to come back initially but was offered a partial refund of £25. I don’t have the time for additional admin to return and hope that they have the correct one to send back so opted for the partial refund. The watch itself is in very good condition, no scratches etc.
