    The iPad was sent with an incorrect charger. This resulted in my elderly mother being in tears because she thought she was doing something wrong. She has lost confidence and has not used the iPad at all yet. May seem a small thing but it had a big consequence.

    The iPad Air I paid for was advertised as having 3G cellular connectivity, but the iPad Air that arrived is model A1566 which does not. Everything else about it is fine, but I wanted and paid for cellular, so I am waiting to see what the supplier is going to do about it. Ideally, they will swap if for one that has cellular, but another day had gone by and I'v heard nothing from them. The purchase contract was for 24-hour delivery, whereas it took two days to arrive. I'm not too bothered about that, given the circumstances of Covid-19 on supply chains, but it is another instance of expectations not being met. Basically, the supplier needed to do only two things: send the merchandise on time and as advertised - they failed on both. Having got that wrong, they should be in contact with me to put things right - they are not. So nil points so far for the supplier and one very pissed off customer.
