    Everything with the phone was fine apart from an obvious audio issue. Sound quality from the phone is very poor and there is no sound from speaker or calls, and Bluetooth audio only works in a limited DSP mode (360 Audio). Not what I expected when purchaing an "excellent" refurb. I will be sending the phone back for repair/replacement.

    Device sent to me was a US model which meant it couldn't be updated and was stuck on 2023 software and security. Back market said to send it back and I'd get a replacement or refund, after 5 days of nothing and no phone I get a message stating I'd get a refund. They gave me 5% off my next purchase so I re ordered the same phone so let's hope this one is not a US model. Highly inconvenient, the seller didn't communicate so I had to message back market directly

    Absolutely shocking service - I have received the wrong phone and after days of trying to update it and countless hours spent with Iphone help, find that it has a hardware fault.
